ProCrossover

This audio object allows the users to  filter the input signal to generate a particular frequency band output. It supports roll off rates of up to -48dB/Octave  and it supports Bessel, ButterWorth, and LinkWitz-Riley filter types. Each channel can have its own set of filter specifications to generate a crossover band.

It is an additional variant of the Xover Biquad Audio Object specifically tailored for Harman Professional Audio use cases. In the SFD, users can select the number of channels . The number of input channels is always equal to the number of output channels.

For each object mode the object exposes the following tuning parameters through the GTT for each channel:

  • Gain (dB)
  • Polarity (Reverse/Normal)
  • High Pass Filter frequency (in Hz)
  • High Pass Filter slope or roll- of rate (dB/Octave)
  • High Pass Filter Bypass(on/off)
  • Low Pass Filter frequency (in Hz)
  • Low Pass Filter slope or roll- of rate (dB/Octave)
  • Low Pass Filter Bypass(on/off)

Ramping of common gain and the filter coefficients are supported.

This audio object is targeted at Professional Audio usage, specifically.
