The Bark bank is a Biquad filter bank used to generate the residual engine noise in the ESS. A series of noise
bands can be used to add underlining random noise to the engine sound. The noise is defined in the Bark scale
which is an absolute frequency scale.
The frequency of noise definition is up to 1720 Hz, aligned with the current iESS hardware which supports sound
synthesis up to 1600 Hz. The residual noise gain is regulated by the RPM, Throttle, and Speed parameters.
