Only consider this chapter if you have acquired a lincense as described in chapter Acquiring and Adding a License and the respective features still do not work.
Open Windows search bar and search for services msc.
The services will be displayed.
Look for Harman License Manager.
Right-click Harman License Manager and click Start.
The Status line for Harman License Manager should now display: Started.
