Level Monitor object has 2 working mode. Level Monitor mode is used by engineers to measure level of volume in audio pipeline. Clip Meter mode is used to check if the level is causing clipping. Level monitor custom native panel can be used to visualize measurements and to tune measurement parameters, like types of level values, frequency weighting, coefficients etc. Panel shows as many channels as it is specified in SFD.

State tab is used to show the level values or clipping indicators. This tab is read only.
Tune and custom tabs are used to adjust measurement parameters:
- Level Mode
- Linear
- RMS
- Peak
- Frequency weighting
- No weight or zero-weighting
- A weight. Standard A-weighting curve for sound level meters
- Custom. Define custom filter for the calculation
- Time weighting
- Slow
- Fast
- Custom. Define custom filter for the calculation
- Level drop. Amount of dB drop per second in Peak Level mode
- Peak time. Amount of time peak is held
- Custom coefficients(b0,b1,b2,a1,a2) of frequency and time weighting
- Threshold. Tuning clipping threshold. The only parameter available for tuning in Clip Meter Mode.
