When a project with Measurement Session is exported, by default the project will be exported with measurement sessions and session associated raw data will be stored in {projectname}.mmdata file in the same destination folder.
If Measurement Session data has to be excluded from the project export, then
Navigate to the File menu, and select Options.

This opens the Application Options dialogue box, selects Project settings, and enables the setting as per the below image.
