{"id":19524,"date":"2023-02-06T11:57:23","date_gmt":"2023-02-06T10:57:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/demdlx704as001.ad.harman.com\/?p=19524"},"modified":"2024-06-19T08:11:27","modified_gmt":"2024-06-19T06:11:27","slug":"curve-lists","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/audioworx.transfunnel.co\/old\/?p=19524","title":{"rendered":"Curve Lists"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every curve displayed in a graph is referenced by an entry in either the browsing or the permanent curve list.<br \/>\nA curve list entry consists of following components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parent configuration of the curve<\/li>\n<li>Speaker name of the curve<\/li>\n<li>Microphone name of the curve<\/li>\n<li>Color of the curve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-29210\" src=\"https:\/\/audioworx.transfunnel.co\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/CVnew_06.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"478\" height=\"681\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Double-click on any of the entries will open a curve property dialog, which allows to change the color of the curve and shows the associated math operation (in the case of math curves).<\/p>\n<p class=\"heading\"><strong>Browsing List<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The browsing list holds entries for all curves that are directly linked to elements currently selected on the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"note\">The curves will immediately disappear once the respective elements on the scene are de-selected. Clicking on the &#8220;Math&#8221; button opens a Mathematical Operation dialog box with various tabs, each offering a specific mathematical function.<\/p>\n<p>The following math functions you can perform.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Add<\/strong>: To add two or more signals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subtract<\/strong>: To subtract of two signals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multiply: <\/strong>To multiply frequency domain of two signals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spectral Division<\/strong>: To divide frequency domain of two signals (to calculate frequency difference).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Average<\/strong>: To calculate average frequency domain for magnitude and phase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-27311\" src=\"https:\/\/audioworx.transfunnel.co\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Math_operation_01.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"827\" height=\"501\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To illustrate combining curves, let&#8217;s explore the steps involved using the Add tab.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Add tab, select <strong>Operand 1 <\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Operand 2 <\/strong>curve.<br \/>\nIf required, add or delete an operand using + and &#8211; option.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the <strong>Resulting Chart Series Name<\/strong> and select the color.<\/li>\n<li>Click<strong> Ok <\/strong>.
